This work is based on the idea of creative knowledge. The scheme of the work is that human consciousness (for any object, this is a form of reaction) is considered as an element of the world in which all elements are interconnected. Then, a change in human consciousness (or the form of an object's reaction) entails a change in all other elements of the world. This allows you to gain knowledge about the external environment and optimize the processes occurring in it. Since such cognition of the world occurs on the basis of an element of this same world, the knowledge obtained does not destroy the world, but only develops it in a creative direction. During the presence of destructive technologies obtained as a result of cognition, it is necessary to develop a creative apparatus of cognition. Practical results of the work obtained in the presented work show that the doctrine of the creative development of cognition and management of the world allows you to formalize all phenomena of reality and receive an environmentally safe technogenic path of development.
This work is based on practical results obtained by implementing the concept of salvation through control. The results of saving people and equipment, the results of matter control are considered. The protocols of the results in the three-volume work
"Grigori Grabovoi. Management Practice. The Path of Salvation". The obtained results allow us to conclude that the change in matter of a creative plan is explainable using the concepts of consciousness, perception, information, information object, events of the designated reality, events of physical reality. The
concepts of consciousness and perception, applicable to humans, are generalized here for other objects of reality. For such objects, the term consciousness will mean a way of generalized reaction of objects to the information environment, and perception - a way of private reaction of a segment of an object. Considering that this material is presented as a structure of human reaction to information, then it is clear that the reaction of any other objects of information can be determined by the method of extrapolation of human consciousness to other objects of information. Such an element of cognition causes a change in the cognized element. Therefore, knowledge is presented here in such a way that its assimilation occurs both logically and associatively. In this type of presentation, the placement of symbols and text spaces is important.
The world consists of interconnected structures. Changing one structure leads to changing all the structures of the world. Considering perception and consciousness as one of the structures of the world, it is possible to determine the laws of changing the world depending on the change of perception and consciousness. Accepting the known and observed laws of the world as a function of the static area of consciousness and perception, it is possible to change the world by changing consciousness and perception. The creativity of the indicated path of development consists in the fact that the transformation of the world, depending on the management of consciousness and perception, occurs without destruction. The concept of representing the applied structure of the creating area of information is built on the connections between the concepts of consciousness, perception, and other objects related to spiritual and material structures.

Analysis of practical results shows that the generalization of the theoretical model of the world occurs if we consider a discrete model of reality. The Path of Salvation, prove that through clairvoyance one can receive information about the past, present and future. Considering consciousness as a structure consisting of an area related to a person and an area projected into different times and spaces, one can determine the laws of the dynamics of these areas during a clairvoyance session. In fact, the area of projection of consciousness is matter that has the function of moving in any space-time continuum. Considering that when the projection component of consciousness moves, in the area of consciousness related to a person, information corresponding to the projection part arises, one can determine the laws of the dynamics of the components of consciousness.
